OUR MISSION
iDeserve Advocacy for Autism advocates for autistic people and people with other developmental disabilities, and their families, so they have equitable access to the resources, opportunities and support they need to succeed. We serve families across Greater Houston.

GENERAL INFORMATION
About us
Founded in Houston in 2024, iDeserve is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Our work follows three words. Advocacy: we help parents speak up for their children. Access: we guide families to the services, benefits and community resources available to them. Opportunity: we are building new paths to learning and work for autistic children and adults.
OUR APPROACH
Everything we do follows our three words. Advocacy and Access are how we help Houston families today. Opportunity is what we are building next.
Advocacy:
One-on-one help so parents can speak up for their child's needs at school, in healthcare and in the community.
Family Navigation:
We help families understand services and benefits and connect with community resources, always with a choice of providers.
Parent Support:
Parent gatherings and family events where families connect and children of all abilities are welcome.
A School in Development:
We are developing a tuition-free Montessori elementary school for autistic and neurodivergent children in Houston. It is in planning; no students will enroll until every requirement is met.
Pathways to Work:
Planned: programs that help autistic adults prepare for and find meaningful work.
